University of the Western Cape online Registration for this academic year has been opened for Applicants to register Online. The documents below are the registration details.

Registration will take place ONLINE at STUDENT.UWC.AC.ZA, the UWC Student Portal.

At various stages of their registration, applicants/students will need to access the Student Portal. Your login information is as follows:

Student Identification Number
Passport or SA ID number
Applicants must adhere to the registration dates listed below, as no late registrations will be accepted unless permission is sought and granted by the Faculty in question.

On-campus registration assistance

Assisted registration and curriculum advising will be available on campus for the following Faculties and programs from 09h00 to 15h00 on the following dates only:

Faculty of Arts and Humanities – January to February (New and Returning undergraduate students) – Sports Stadium Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences – January to February 2024 (BCOM and ECP students only) – CAMS Construction Faculty
