How to Apply University of Venda online 2024-2025

Follow these steps to apply online to the University of Venda (UNIVEN):
- Click on “Students” in the top menu of the UNIVEN website at www.univen.ac.za.
Select “How to Apply” and “Apply Online” from the drop-down menu.
If you are a new user, click “Click here to register” to create an account. Use your username and password to log in if you already have an account.
Complete the application by uploading all required documents and providing all required information.
Utilize the online payment method to pay the R100 application fee. You can pay with a credit or charge card that has a CVV number on the back.

- Step 1: Go to the UNIVEN website and select the Admission > Apply for Admission link (UNIVEN Online Application) for applicants to the undergraduate or graduate programs. By clicking on this link, you can get to the online application process for the University of Venda. You can choose from the registration, application, and document uploading steps.
Step 2: University of Venda classes can be registered for online. By clicking the link in step one, you must complete all required fields in the University of Venda online application system. Register first if this is your first application. During the registration process, you are required to provide your name, email address, password, program type, and qualification mode.
Step 3: Uploading supporting documents is required. All new qualification candidates, including applicants and University of Venda students starting a new qualification, are required to do this. Both the application deadline and the upload deadline for the required files are the same. Applications got after the cutoff time won’t be thought of. Scanners and other technological tools are not available from the University of Venda. Before beginning the UNIVEN Online Application process, please check to see that all of your documents have been scanned and saved to an electronic device.
Step 4: UNIVEN will receive the application fee. Pay the application fee using the reference number and your University of Venda student number, such as STUDENT NUMBER 5370810030, once you have received a student number from the university. Until the fee is paid, your application will not be considered or processed. Please keep in mind that this payment is non-refundable.
Step 5: Finally, upload your UNIVEN online application that you have completed. From Home to Submit Your Application, you must complete each step to finish the application.
