The dynamic and cutting-edge Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) draws international students from all over the world. The university has students from more than 60 different countries, making it a vibrant and multicultural learning environment.
The following is important information for international applicants who wish to continue their education at CPUT for the 2024–2025 academic year:
- Courses and programs: In addition to engineering, business, health sciences, education, and other fields of study, CPUT offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate degree programs. International applicants can select a program that fits their academic interests and career goals from a variety of options.
Conditions for entry: To be considered for CPUT admission, international applicants must meet specific admission requirements. These requirements include language proficiency, financial requirements, and visa requirements in addition to academic qualifications that are comparable to those required for the South African National Senior Certificate (NSC). Procedure for applying: International applicants can apply via the CPUT website or in person at the CPUT International Office using a printed application form. In most cases, the application process begins in April of the previous academic year and ends in September of the same year.
